Exclusive Tyre Distributors (ETD) has been building leading brands through importation and wholesale distribution since 1989.

ETD also understands that expertise matters and has developed a way to make it easy for consumers to understand the value for money differences between different tyre brands - you can tell whether a tyre uses the latest generation of tyre technology by looking at Tread design, Carcass construction and Compound formulas - TCC.

Finally, ETD understands that in the new economy and more than ever before, it needs to work with its retail partners, providing services that help them talk to consumers at every step in the purchase journey. ETD's 360 Degrees Partner Program for tyre retailers provides these services and benefits.

ETD announced in October 2017 that it had merged with Cotton Tyre Services in South Australia. Cotton Tyres commenced operations from South Australia in 1994 and has been working with ETD to distribute the Cooper and Mickey Thompson brands in SA and NT ever since.

ETD is a member of the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (AAAA), and has a seat on the 4WD Industry Council.

How is it done?

1. Either download the form from the link above or complete the writeable fields below and submit it online.
2. You take the order from the customer in the form of an AUTHORITY NUMBER from the applicable Fleet company (using ETD name or Merchant number as above). Fit the tyres to the vehicle and carry out the services required.
3. You charge the Suggested Minimum Sell Price (DO NOT UNDERSELL OR OVERSELL), including fitting, balancing and valve stem (if needed).
4. You charge for any extra services, such as wheel alignments and tyre disposals using the applicable code in the dropdown box in the online form, or on the right-hand side of the paperwork. We don’t set that price – it’s up to you. Please enter your cost charged.
5. If you use the document above, fax it to (07) 3392 7318 or scan and email the Original to us (lesleya@exclusivetyres.com.au). Otherwise, submit the online form below.
6. We charge the Fleet Company on an ETD invoice. The amount we charge exactly equals the amount on the CAN document that you received authority for.
7. We then raise a Credit Note to your account using the following format:
   1. Tyres – credit the entire amount.
   2. Services – credit the entire amount less 2.5% to cover administration costs.

Having this step-by-step process close by will empower you to receive your credit quickly without any delays. If customers ask about a fleet company other than those listed, please pass on the details to us and we’ll endeavour to follow up that lead and establish merchant facilities for future sales.
